Under this program, Rishi will arrange awareness programs to provide consultancy and guidance by the experts for the unempolyed youth, so that the unemploed youth can pave the way of success of their own efforts.

Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETs) established and managed by different Banks are operating with common objectives of identifying, training, motivating & facilitating unemployed youth to take up self-employment. This model has been considered as an effective model for creation of sustainable livelihoods through Self Employment. The State Government in consultation with the banks in SLBC, assigns districts in the States to set up RSETIs preferably to the respective Lead Banks. RSETIs are sponsored by the Banks and hence ownership of RSETIs vests with the sponsoring Bank. RSETs are conducting
58 NSQF aligned courses and 5 General EDP courses with duration ranging from 10 days to 45 days. These courses are classified under Product, Process, Agriculture& General EDP.
Rishi is going to start a Play School for the kids to habituate them with the schooling system before they take admission for academic purpose. This will eliminate their fear about the education system.
At the same time, Rishi will open a School for the drop out students from the various board which will enable the drop out students to continue their education in a homely atmosphere.
Rishi, since its inception, has been operating a Free Medical Check up for the marginal community, women and children, a Multi Gym Centre for health aware people and a Free Therapy Centre for the distress and economically backward classes in need.
Pollution from different sourses has become a peril to the human civilization and is growing day after day. Rishi as part its social awareness program, continuously organizes many awareness camp on pollution in order to create public awareness to the reduce the risk of life.
Under this program, Rishi will cater training on agriculture using the latest technology to the local farmer groups, and to create awareness for increasing the use of bio fertilizers.
Under this program, Rishi will support the local women groups by providing them training programs of different vocational activities in order to make them skilled so that they can be selfemployed by starting their own business.
Rishi has started a green city movement and will distribute saplings to the local people for local aforestation. In addition to, Rishi has started a road side forestation program with the helo of local administration.
Rishi has started campaign for creating awareness on cleanliness and bio toilets as part of rural sanitation program. Rishi will provide the local residents information regarding the government aids, if it is there.
Rishi will start a drug deaddiction awareness program to eradicate the curse of drug abuse. It is a growing problem mainly among the youths and many families have gone ruined for this social illness.
